When you complete the assessment form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number, fleet and employee size, current business stage, primary challenge, preferred contact method, preferred language, and any additional comments. If you complete the interactive Business Stage assessment, we also store your answers, the stage it calculates, and the personalized report generated for you. Every submission is timestamped and records the site language at the moment it was sent.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to review your request, contact you about a potential consulting engagement, and better understand the situation you described.
How we use it
Assessment submissions are stored securely and are visible only to authorized team members at Umbrella Logistics Consulting LLC. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Correction and deletion
If you would like us to correct or delete the information you submitted, email UmbrellaLogisticsConsultingLLC@gmail.com from the address you used to contact us and we will handle the request within a reasonable time.
